About the program

White Hole Dynamics (WHD) is an independent physics research program: a 4+1D numerical-relativity solver, a field-theoretic matter sector, and a research plan built around one idea — that our 3+1D universe is the boundary of a bulk spacetime with one more spatial dimension. It is written and run by Tom Scaramellino, an independent researcher, not affiliated with a university or institution.

The picture

Spatial slices of the bulk are four-dimensional balls; our universe is the three-sphere skin of one such ball — the brane. That skin is a Z₂ mirror: a boundary that reflects, and in reflecting builds structure. At the center sits a long-lived, white-hole-like engine that expels radiation outward. Filtered through the boundary, that radiation makes the matter we are made of; where it piles up faster than the wall can shed it, small black holes — vents — form and deposit their energy back into the brane. The program's job is to hold that picture to the standard of numerical relativity: derive it, evolve it, and let it fail if it is going to.

What is here

Five papers, released as each one's physics clears the program's own numerical gates: the solver, the derived brane, the birth run, the dark-energy chain, and — labeled as the conjecture it is — the string completion. The pictures draw the geometry; the bibliography is the work WHD builds on and has to survive; the narrative carries the whole thing in plain language, for reading before the equations.
